Role: AI Expert As a key member of our team, responsible for the AI projects, you will spearhead the development and integration of artificial intelligence technologies within our recycling processes. Your role will focus on enhancing and optimizing our operations through AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute optimal strategy of implementation of AI-driven solutions

• Design and implement AI models to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recycling processes and improve efficiency, costs and quality in other company areas like administration, logistics, accounting etc.

• Conduct data analysis and apply machine learning techniques to optimize production and sustainability outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and recycling technologies.

• Prepare technical documentation and reports on AI projects and their impact on our operations.

Requirements:

• Education: A technical or scientific university degree, preferably in computer science, AI, or related fields.

• Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a preference for backgrounds in industrial applications.

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.

• Analytical skills: Strong capability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights that inform process enhancements.

• Creativity and innovation: Ability to develop new approaches and refine existing technologies in AI applications.

• Communication skills: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with effective teamwork and presentation skills.
