Opis

Position Overview:

This position requires a commitment of at least 120 hours per month, with potential to transition to full-time.

We are currently seeking a diligent Email Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Journey Navigators team in POZNAŃ. This role is critical in managing and responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your Role at MYCS:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email, providing prompt and accurate responses as part of our customer journey team.

  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives in line with our company policies and brand values.

  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Track and document all communications and actions taken in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Continuously seek to improve knowledge of our products and services to enhance customer support.

Required Skills:

  • Must reside in Poznań or the surrounding area.

  • Proven experience in customer service, especially handling email communications.

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to convey clear and concise information.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.

  • Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in an e-commerce environment, particularly in furniture or home decor.

  • Fluency in German at a B1 level or higher is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email management tools.
