Hiring a virtual assistant - recruiter

We are hiring!

Our agency Polish Caregivers & Homemakers is looking for a remote worker.

We are a company based in USA which specializes in non-medical personalized caregiving. Currently, we are searching for a recruiter who can work from home and be a part of our remote office team.

What is required?

-       Fluency in English and Polish

-       To have your own computer and smart phone that you can work on

-       Russian and any additional foreign language will be an advantage

-       Flexible availability - working hours are afternoon hours in Poland

-       High ability to communicate with people through the phone, open mind, skills in team leading

-       Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, knowledge of Adobe Creator will be a plus but is not required   

You will be responsible for:

-       Recruiting new employees for our company

-       Checking their skills, experiences and references

-       Collecting their necessary paperwork

-       Collecting necessary information from other departments to be able to properly recruit new employe
