Job description

As a People and Culture Assistant (PCA), you will be an integral part of our People and Culture team, collaborating closely with all departments. Effective communication skills and a sound approach are essential for this role, as we believe that a positive company culture is key to achieving success. As a member of the People and Culture department, you will report to the People and Culture Manager in Poland.

You will work in a proactive and motivating atmosphere, where there is room to grow, learn and have fun while working together. You will be provided a flexible working arrangement, allowing you the possibility to perform work from outside the office if feasible for you, and to plan your workday around your normal life, for a contemporary and healthy work-life balance.

We are seeking a qualified individual to temporarily fill the role of People and Culture Assistant for a fixed-term contract (14 months) to cover a maternity leave. You will be employed on full-time basis in our Muehlhan Wind Service office in the Szczecin.

Key responsibilities

· Managing benefit platforms: Luxmed, PZU, Multisport, E-lunch, HR nest

· Office supplies for both offices in Szczecin and Gdańsk

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement

· Keep track of employees' birthdays, weddings etc.

· Support in onboarding and offboarding of employees

· Handling recruitment process:

o Search for candidates

o Screen applications

· Support with organizing company events e.g. teambuilding, Christmas party

· Other HR and office administrative tasks

Skills, abilities and knowledge

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

· be fluent in English

· have work experience in an HR/recruitment role

· have a proactive and positive approach

· have excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

· be a driven and independent self-starter

· have high motivation to develop in the field of Human Resources

· have good communication skills and the passion to contribute to a good team spirit
