Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented POS Installation professional to oversee the successful deployment of POS systems across 17 stores in the Silesia Region, Poland. The ideal candidate will excel in logistics coordination, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient installations.

Job Description:

Role: Support Engineer

Location: województwo kujawsko-pomorskie/wielkopolskie/pomorskie

Job Type: The position is long term (at least till end of 2025)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct setup, installation, and configuration of POS hardware and related software.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with POS systems.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Software configuration may include Windows OS setting/ backup/ recovery, driver and IP settings for PoS back-office connectivity, optional tools installations and configuration and well as data migration from old PoS (article / product migration).

• On-site instructions for cashiers and other store personnel.

• Provide comprehensive training on POS system usage and maintenance.

Candidate should be (at least one)

- Familiar with Retail hardware, especially for FP/EFT/Scale setup/configuration

- Familiar with Retail software solution

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in hardware setup/configuration, with a focus on POS systems.

• Strong knowledge of software installation and configuration processes.

• Fluent in Polish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Valid driving license (B category) and willingness to travel extensively across Poland.
