The STUDENT'S RESOURCE BOOK contains 24 units linked in 12 modules, each related to the Coursebook by theme and topic. The material can be used:
by teachers to supplement and extend the Coursebook lessons.
by students on their own to consolidate and enrich their language and practise exam skills.
as an intensive course, for example, in the last term before the exam.
The first unit in each module provides:
vocabulary consolidation and extension based on the Coursebook Reading text. grammar practice based on the Coursebook Language development lesson. further guided writing practice based on analysis of a sample answer.

a Paper 4 Listening task on the topic of the Coursebook unit.
The second unit in each module provides:
vocabulary consolidation and extension based on the Coursebook Listening and/or Speaking tasks.
-grammar practice based on the Coursebook Language development lesson. a Paper 1 Reading task on the topic of the Coursebook unit.
Both units also contain additional topic-related Paper 3 practice.
There is a complete Practice Exam at the end of the book.
