Die Assembler-Work in Belgium

HR Team, a Temporary Employment Agency based in Krakow. For our business client we are looking for people eager to work as: Die Assembler (Work location: Belgium)

Are you technically skilled and looking for a long-term, stable job abroad? Join a professional team in Belgium as a Die Assembler, where you’ll work on building and maintaining high-precision stamping dies in a well-organized production environment.

We offer

• Gross Hourly Rate: €16.37 – €18 + 10% shift bonus

• Meal vouchers: €5 per worked day

• Paid break: 23 minutes per shift

• Full-time: 40 hours/week

• Long-term position with the possibility of a permanent contract

• Accommodation available: €85/week for a private room (€100 deposit required for the first 15 weeks)

• Bicycle rental for commuting (€5/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Assembling metal components based on technical drawings

• Building new dies and supporting repairs of damaged or worn dies

• Performing accurate measurements and visual quality checks

• Participating in the assembly and disassembly of tools and dies

• Working in a two-shift system (early/late) from Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Technical background (mechanical education preferred)

• Experience in metal industry or similar technical field

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Communicative English and/or Dutch

• High attention to detail and quality
